To support the Ministry of Education’s “ The Program on Bilingual Education for Students in College  ” and to facilitate the analysis and evaluation of our university’s bilingual education outcomes, we kindly ask you to provide your English proficiency test information.

This survey targets undergraduate students. Please follow the instructions to complete your personal information, input your English proficiency test scores, and upload a digital copy of your test result report (if applicable). Students who do not possess an official English proficiency certificate are still required to complete the form based on the instructions provided.

The collected data will be used solely for internal analysis and for review purposes by the Ministry of Education. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
