目的： 公開甄選本校應屆畢業生中文組及外語組，於 113 學年度畢業典禮（114 年 6 月 7 日，星 期六）代表全體畢業生致詞。

報名資格： 本校學士班、碩士班及博士班（須依規定提出學位考試申請）之應屆畢業生，未有懲處紀 錄。 不以 1 人為限，可多人組隊報名。

甄選程序：分初選及決選二階段進行。

初選：由主辦單位審查報名資格是否符合，初選通過者另行通知參加決選。

決選： 由主辦單位成立甄選小組，成員為學務處代表。 採面試方式，請參加決選人員親自上臺演示，每人（組）4 分鐘，不以口語表達為限，可以 演講、歌唱、舞蹈等方式呈現，評分標準以『感言內容、外表儀態、肢體表情、口條表達』 等項目進行評分。

甄選名額：中文組及外語組各取最優之 1 人、或組。

報名期間：即日起至 114 年 4 月 20 日（星期日）止，逾期不予受理。

報名方式： 可親自送件或線上來信報名，多人組隊由聯絡人代表送件。

報名時請備齊下列資料： 報名表 1 份。 致詞文案 1 份（14 號標楷體、行距 20 繕打，字數約為 600 字，時間約 4 分鐘）。請於文案 中傳達「在中山大學的學習經驗與體會」。 畢業生代表致詞須與主辦單位討論最終表演內容，並參加畢業典禮預演彩排。（彩排時間：6 月 6 日，下午 14：00～17：00） 甄選內容如有未盡事宜或更動事項，以主辦單位最新公告及通知為主。

The Selection for valedictorian of NSYSU

2025 Academic-Year Graduation Ceremony

Purpose:

Open selection for our school's graduating students in the Chinese and Foreign Language departments to give a commencement address on behalf of all graduates at the 113th academic year graduation ceremony (Saturday, June 7, 2025).

Registration qualifications:

The graduates of Bachelor, Master, and Doctor (must apply for degree examination in accordance with regulations) without any punishment record. The number of group members is not limited to one, you can make up a team with multiple people to register.

The procedure of selection: The procedure contains the primary and final selection.

Primary selection:

In this selection, the organizer will check the qualification. Those who pass will be notified to participate in the final selection.

Final selection:

The selection committee is established by the organizing unit, with members representing the Office of Student Affairs.

This selection will go on with interview. All the people who take part in the selection need to perform their talent on the stage. Everyone (or group) has four minutes to perform. You can give a speech, sing, dance or another way to show yourself. The standard of grading is based on” Speech content, Appearance, Body expression, and oral expression”.

Quota for selection: The top candidate (or group) will be selected from both the Chinese and Foreign Language categories.

Registration deadline: Sunday, April 20, 2025. Overdue will not be accepted Registration method: Registration can be submitted in person or via online email. For group registration, the contact person can submit on behalf of the team.

In-person submission location: Sport Development Division, Office of Student Affairs ( 1th floor of the Gym)
