Notes:
1. After completing registration and uploading materials, applicants must return to the application system to review and verify their application information and print a copy for their records, thereby confirming that registration and upload were completed successfully. Applicants who do not verify their information online during the registration period and consequently suffer a loss of rights are responsible for it.
2. Applicants required by their department or institute to register review materials on its website must also enter their application information in the application system; only then is registration deemed complete.
