Deloitte Business Process Solution: Researcher and Intern Opportunities

Join Deloitte BPS | Build Professional Expertise on the Front Line

Recruiting Researchers and Interns

Audit focuses on results, and consulting discusses strategy; Business Process Solution (BPS) is where you truly participate in a company's daily operations.

From accounting and payroll to tax, you will see how a company continues to operate and grow.

Whether you are about to graduate or are still studying, if you are interested in accounting, tax, or human resources, join Deloitte BPS (Business Process Solution) to build professional capabilities through practice and explore your future direction.

Why Join Deloitte BPS?

BPS helps domestic and international companies handle the accounting, payroll, human-resources, and tax-compliance work that is indispensable to daily operations. These tasks may appear basic, but they are an important foundation for stable operations, regulatory compliance, and management decision-making. Rather than understanding a company only through textbooks or financial-statement results, BPS gives you the opportunity to see how a company continues to operate and grow through daily practice.

A distinguishing feature of BPS work is building sustainable professional capabilities through stable processes. Depending on the position, experience level, and project assignment, you will participate in or support related work. Full-time employees gradually gain exposure to more complete client-service and project processes, while interns begin with document organization, data preparation, basic checks, and team support. Through different clients, industries, and practical situations, you will steadily build your understanding and judgment of business operations.

You May Be a Good Fit for BPS If You…

You do not need to know everything at the start, nor do you need to have your future direction completely decided now. If you are curious about how businesses actually operate and are willing to learn from foundational work, BPS can be a starting point for gaining practical experience and clarifying your interests and direction.

  • Want to apply the accounting, business-management, or finance knowledge learned at school to practical work
  • Are careful and responsible, and willing to gain experience through foundational work such as document organization, data preparation, and process execution
  • Enjoy organizing information logically, checking details, and solving problems
  • Do not mind repetitive work and can develop an understanding of practical processes through attention to detail

Capabilities You Can Build and Career Paths You Can Explore

The level of practical participation varies by position, experience, and project assignment. Full-time employees will gradually develop the ability to take full responsibility for cases, while interns can first build an understanding of practical processes through support work.

  • Fundamentals of accounting, finance, payroll, and tax practice
  • Understanding of business operating processes and compliance requirements
  • Data organization, basic checking, and logical-analysis skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team, manage schedules, and support project execution
  • An initial understanding of how multinational companies operate in Taiwan and of their daily operating processes

This experience does not necessarily lead to a single career path. It lets you first build practical business experience and then, according to your interests and abilities, explore different directions such as corporate finance and accounting, audit, tax compliance, human-resources compensation, and professional services.
