EMI Course Learning Incentive Guidelines for Academic Years 115–117 (2026–2028)
Notice:
1. The Guidelines were approved at the University’s 6th Administrative Meeting of the second semester of Academic Year 114 (2025), held on May 20, 2026.
2. Key provisions:
(1) Eligible recipients: registered domestic and overseas Chinese students in undergraduate or master’s programs who are not native English speakers. Students in in-service master’s programs and doctoral programs are excluded.
(2) Eligibility requirements and amount: during the incentive academic year, EMI credits taken each semester must account for at least 30% of the student’s total semester credits, with at least 6 EMI credits. Undergraduate students must earn a semester average of B or above; master’s students must earn A-minus or above. Each eligible student will receive NT$2,500.
(3) The number of awards is subject to that year’s announcement.
(4) These Guidelines will be piloted from Academic Year 115 (2026) through Academic Year 117 (2028). Students meeting the Academic Year 117 requirements may apply in Academic Year 118 (2029).
