1. Scholarship recipient selection information is as follows:

(1) Application period: From now through November 27, 2025 (ROC 114).

(2) Registration method: Online registration.

(3) Eligible institutions and preferred fields:

1. Universities and departments: National Tsing Hua University, National Taiwan University, National Central University, National Sun Yat-sen University, National Chung Cheng University, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, National Formosa University, and National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. Priority is given to relevant science and engineering departments in aerospace; mechanical and electrical engineering; electronics, electrical engineering, communications, and information; materials, optoelectronics, chemical and chemical engineering; industrial engineering; and systems engineering.

2. Program level: Regular daytime students in the fourth year of an undergraduate program or above (including five-year bachelor's-to-master's programs), master's programs, and doctoral programs.
