2. This project uses lease data from rent-subsidy applications to compile rental statistics for the 86 administrative districts where colleges and universities are principally located nationwide. The data help students renting off campus understand rental-price distributions near universities and choose housing at reasonable market rents.

The above statistics and rental-housing information may also be downloaded from or consulted on the Ministry of the Interior Department of Land Administration’s Rental Housing Act section (website: https://www.land.moi.gov.tw/chhtml/news/89). We ask your institution to promote the information through diverse channels, such as its official website, dedicated section, or social-media sites, to advance students’ rental-housing rights.

4. The related information will be announced on the University’s Off-Campus Housing Service website (website: https://house.nfu.edu.tw/NSYSU) for public awareness.
